ECO-TENT STANDARD - Sleeps 2
Tents spaced out throughout camp. One queen bed.
ECO-TENT OCEANSIDE - Sleeps 2
Tents closest to the beach. One queen bed.
ECO-TENT FAMILY OCEANSIDE - Sleeps 4
Family units closer to the beach. One queend bed and one bunk bed.
ECO-TENT FAMILY - Sleeps 4
Spaced out throughout camp. One queen bed and one bunk bed.
GROUP ECO-TENTS - Sleeps 4 each
Perfect for corporate retreats, families of 5 or more, or just a bunch of your best friends. Tent Bunks is a group area where tents are closer together, perfect for groups or when available for guests who need 4 beds. Each tent has two twin bunks. Our eco-tents provide a unique sustainable and super fun camping experience with large screen windows and the following features:
✓ Queen Size Bed w/storage drawers for clothing.
✓ Fresh linens and bath towels.
✓ Cooking kit (chuck box) with propane stove.
✓ Ceiling fan with lights.
✓ One electric outlet for charging.
✓ Picnic table with locally made chairs on the porch.
✓ Storage Box for beach toys and snorkel gear.
✓ Charcoal grills are located throughout the property.

All campsites are a max capacity of 4 people

ALL restrooms, sinks and showers are located at our 4 bathhouses, conveniently located throughout the campgrounds.

There is no A/C in any of the camp sites

Bring small locks to lock if you wish to lock your eco-tent and/or patio storage box. Locks can also be purchased at the camp store.

Oceanside tents are not directly on the beach but a shorter distance than standard.
Cottages
Cottage Options:
OCEANSIDE COTTAGE - Sleeps 4
LOWER UNITS of our 6 cottage buildings. Patio chairs and a cooking kit with portable propane grill. Further walk to restrooms/amenities, but closer to the beach.
TERACE COTTAGE OCEANSIDE - Sleeps 4
UPPER UNITS closest to the beach with an outdoor deck, full size BBQ grill and picnic table. Further walk to restrooms/amenities, but closer to the beach.
TERRACE COTTAGE - Sleeps 4
UPPER UNITS with shorter walks to the restroom and amenities, a little further from the beach. An outdoor deck, full size BBQ grill and a picnic table.
STANDARD COTTAGE - Sleeps 4
LOWER UNITS with shorter walks to the restroom and amenities, a little further from the beach. Patio chairs and a cooking kit with portable propane grill.
Our cottages are two story solid concrete buildings, with screen/louver windows. The queen bed is in a separate room and the day bed is in the living area and they include the following.

Bare Sites
Bare Camp Sites
BARE SITE - Sleeps 4 max
Bare sites are spaced out throughout camp and include a wood platform with rain cover, picnic table and charcoal grill. No bedding, cookware or towels are provided. You must provide your own tent, sleep gear and cooking gear. Those items are available to rent but must be reserved in advance due to limited quantity. For your safety, guests cannot sleep in hammocks or open on platforms. . Bare sites sleep 2 adults and 2 kids max.

Bare site rentals are an affordable choice for a simple but fun camping adventure on St. John.

There is a group area where tents are closer together, perfect for groups or when available for guests who need 4 beds. Eco-Tent Bunks is a group area where tents are closer together, perfect for groups or when available for guests who need 4 beds. Each tent has two twin bunks and can sleep 4 people.
